The Romantic "Valentino" Is a Valentines Winner!

From all of my Valentines Day recipes, there is one that is very special to me - the "Valentino". I made it for a couple on the bar a few years ago on Valentines Day. They were talking about how they feel in love with each other and that they would like to have as many children as possible... at that very moment I was holding a pomegranate in my hand, and then it came to me... within seconds I made the pomegranate "valentino". I served it to the couple with a blessing: "I hope you will have as many children as the pomegranate seeds..."

This romantic drink is very elegant and tasty. Surprise your loved one with it on this special day. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Oz Vodka

0.5 Oz Pomegranate syrup (like monin) or simple syrup

Pomegranate Juice

Sparkling wine or champagne

Strawberry

Method:

Glass: Flute

Step 1: Pour vodka, syrup and juice into shaker

Step 2: Add ice

Step 3: Shake it

Step 4: Strain into glass

Step 5: Top with champagne or sparkling wine

Step 6: Stir

Garnish: Cut a strawberry in two and place and drop it in the drink

You can also use:
Flavored vodka, like strawberry, vanilla... You can also garnish with pomegranate seeds or raspberries instead of a strawberry.

When using sparkling wine or champagne always make sure it's super cold.
