Hi there,

This cocktail is a mixture very similar to a long island ice-tea,very refreshing, it is a build up cocktail or it can be shaken and strained and then topped up but i prefer to build it up.

Ingredients:

15ml Vodka (clear)

15ml Bacardi white

15ml Cointreau

20ml Passoa

dash of lime cordial and topped with sprite

Highball Glass

Method:

Place 6 cubes of ice in highball add the vodka bacardi and cointreau
top up with sprite and add the passoa and the lime cordial

ENJOY!!
