Tom Collins - A Great Classic
(and my wife's favorite cocktail...)

The tom collins is a very simple drink, but don't let it's simplicity fool you, it's a winner!!!

The collins family is very big, collins means adding to the alcohol ingredient lemon juice, sugar and club soda, so simple! The drink's alcoholic base is gin, I always preer using a premium brand like bombay sapphire or gordon's, but feel free to use the brand of your choice.

This drink is so simple to make, and you don't need any special ingredients or tools in order to make it.

cocktail guru tip

If you store your gin in the freezer and your sour mix and soda are chilled, just build the drink in an ice filled glass

Tom collins is a great gin cocktail, how about another?
