The Ophelia cocktail

1/2 once Absolut Mango vodka
1/4 once Grand marnier
1/4 once chambord
1/4 once passion fruit juice
1/4 once mango pineapple juice mix
All mixed and shake well served with ice
Garnished with fresh raspberry and mint leaves
Very refreshing cocktail, smooth and light drink perfect
pairing with light fish such as grouper or sea bass or with
King crab that has a buttery taste or crab cakes
