Michael and Meeta Rita
A sweet and spicy champagne cocktail for a wonderful couple!
Boil 12 ounces of mango juice.
Add 2 cloves, vanilla bean pod, a pinch of red pepper flakes or a small piece of fresh red chili, and about 6 black pepper corns.
Simmer for 4 minutes.
Let sit for 10.
Strain out the spices and refrigerate until cold.
Run a piece of lime on the rim of a champagne flute.
Dip in sugar to coat the rim.
Pour about 2 ounces into the base of the flute.
Top with champers.
Enjoy!
