1 Shot of Black Sambuca
1 Shot of Tia Maria
1 Shot of a Polish mead
A splash of Pinapple juice.
Topped up with Dry Ginger Ale.
Method:
*Mix the first 4 in a shaker with Ice, then make into a long drink with the Ginger Ale.
Looks like a slightly muddy green/brown with a beer like head, tastes very refreshing with a subtle hint of chocolate and liquorice, perfect for Halloween or if you like your drinks to look like dishwater.
