Sun Burst
The idea came from the collection of bottles on the bar. I wanted something light, fruity and with a bit of a kick.
This delictable delight features a bevy of citrus flavors.
Freshly squeezed lime wedge
1 1/2 Oz malibu coconut rum
1 1/2 Oz Bacardi light rum
1 Oz Pineapple juice
1 Oz Orange juice
1/2 Oz Limoncello
Splash of cranberry juice
Method:
Glass: Highball or Pint
* Pour all ingredients in shaker
* Add ice
* Shake and stran into ice filled glass
* Garnish with lime or lemon wedge
