Life in Southern California imposes the constant challenge to serve a low calorie, all natural cocktail that is also easy to make when the bar starts filling up. Thus, the Skinny Frenchie was born. I have not yet met a person, man or woman, who was not instantly hooked. The ingredients are French, hence the name.
Skinny Frenchie
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower liquor
Perrier or club soda
Pour Grey Goose and St. Germain over ice in a rocks glass. Fill with Perrier or club soda and stir.
