Mojo Shaman

Inspired by a mojito (coming from the African word mojo) with an earthy and unique flavor..I'm still working on the recipe but maybe some constructive criticism will help.

Ingredients:

1 tsp cane sugar

4-5 mint leaves

Juice from 1/4 of a grapefruit

1/4 cup white rum

1/4 cup chilled green tea

1/4 cup tonic water

Method:

Mutle sugar and mint until aromatic and somewhat "pasty"
Add grapefruit juice, white rum and green tea.
Shake over ice and filter into glass with ice.
Top off with tonic water.

I would also throw in a dash of sweet & sour...and I meant club soda not seltzer water...that would be no good.
