" the mimosa recipe is such an upgrade for every brunch, and it's so easy to make - orange juice with champagne..."
The mimosa recipe is really one of the easiest out there, it's just adding two ingredients and you have a great light drink.
The mimosa fits special breakfasts and especially brunch, all you need to do is mix in the the glass equal portions of orange juice and champagne.
If you don't have champagne you can use any sparkling wine, the most important thing is that it's cold, and dry and not sweet.
We recommend that you use freshly squeezed orange juice for that freshness feeling, and it should be chilled also, a perfect mimosa must be cold.
Here is my Mimosa mixing video. If you prefer a written recipe just scroll down this page.
Bar tools used: (Click the link for instructions) Bar Spoon or any long thin object
Glass: Flute(champagne), Wine glass
Garnish with an orange on the rim of the glass, just cut a piece of orange any way you like, the person drinking the cocktail will be happy for that small bite at the end of the drink, or put a cherry in the glass.
Do you know the Bellini? Because you can be amazed by one in a sec!
