The Dry Martini Recipe

If you look at the dry martinis ingredients it looks like the most simple drink in the world, you're probably saying to yourself, "just two ingredients, how hard could it be?"

This drink has so much history and stories about, but what makes it so amazing is that it requires that special touch, it wants you to make it perfect, and it's so delicate that it can be easily screwed up.

But don't worry, because we show you step by step how to make this great drink, and will for sure come out just perfect.

Ingredients for the Perfect Dry Martini:

2.5 Oz Gin

0.25 Oz Dry Vermouth (we always prefer Noilly Prat), but any dry vermouth like martini, cinzanno will do

8 Ice cubes

Lime peel for garnish or 3 olives on a toothpick (wash with water)

Step by Step Instructions:

Bar tools used: Shaker, Bar spoon

Glass: Martini

Step 1: Chill the martini glass
Step 2: Pour the vodka into your shaker
Step 3: Pour the dry vermouth into to your shaker
Step 4: Add 8 ice cubes
Step 5: Stir 21 times
Step 6: Strain your cocktail into the chilled glass
Step 7: Drink or serve it, your Perfect dry martini is ready to drink!

Garnish:
Twist a lime peel and place it the rim of the drink, or just place it in the glass, it adds great aroma and flavor or garnish with the three olives on a toothpick.
