Leprechaun Sucker

I came up with this idea whilst working in a pub. I'm not much of drinker, not because I don't like drinking, but because I don't like the alcohol burn taste.
So I created this with people like me in mind. People who want to have a drink with friends but don't because they don't like the taste.
The Leprechaun Sucker is sweet and goes down easily, without that burn afterwards.

I've called it Leprechaun Sucker because I'm Irish and it's green.

RECIPE

15ml Malibu
15ml Midori
15ml Bleu Alize
60ml Pina Colada Mix
Ice

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.

ALTERNATIVE

Pina Colada mix can be hard to come by unless you work at a bar. So the alternative is my Leprechaun Licker.

15ml Malibu
15ml Midori
15ml Bleu Alize
Lemonade
Ice

Shake the Malibu, Midori and Bleu Alize with ice then strain into a preferred glass. Top up with Lemonade.

SHOOTER

If a shot is what you're after my Leprechaun Shooter is also good.

10ml Malibu
10ml Midori
10ml Bleu Alize

Shake ingredients together with ice then strain into a shot glass. Shoot.
