1/4oz water
1/8oz Maple syrup. : Maple syrup generally comes in 3 grades. light, medium, and dark. Generally the darker the more flavor and more expensive.
I enjoy this with a very nice whiskey and a very expensive dark maple syrup as a dessert but after one it just doesn't seam to matter anymore.
