Equal parts Saint Germaine and Cointreau liqueurs shaken with A French vodka of your choice....shaken then served up with a float of sparkling wine from the Loire valley or a traditional Champagne. Garnish with an orange twist making sure to get the essential oils on the rim of the martini glass.
