The Ginger Cosmopolitan Martini
Spice It Up!

• 2 Oz citron vodka
  
  
• 1 Oz orange liqueur (always prefer Cointreau)
  
  
• 1 Oz Cranberry Juice
  
  
• One tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  
  
• Dash of Lime Cordial (we recommend Rose's Lime Juice)
  
  
• 8 Ice cubes or crushed ice
  
  
• Lime peel for garnish

Bar tools used: Shaker, Strainer, Muddler

Glass: Martini

• Step 1: Chill the martini glass (click here if you want to know how)
  
  
• Step 2: Muddle the ginger
  
  
• Step 3: Pour the liqueur and vodka to your shaker
  
  
• Step 4: Pour the cranberry and cordial to your shaker
  
  
• Step 5 Add the fresh lime juice or just squeeze a half of lime inside
  
  
• Step 6: Fill shaker with ice
  
  
• Step 7: Add 8 ice cubes
  
  
• Step 8: Shake it! 8 times at least
  
  
• Step 9: Double Strain your cocktail into the chilled glass
  
  

• Garnish:
  Twist a lime peel and place it the rim of the drink, or just place it in the glass, it adds great aroma and flavor
  

• You can also use:
  Any flavored vodka, like strawberry, currant, peach... as long as they are not sweet and just have an aroma. Triple sec is an orange liqueur you can use instead of cointreau.
