It's a delicious mixture of Wayne's heritage. Wayne is of Irish and Mexican decent and spends his time drinking on the Gold Coast.

His Cocktail of Choice is:

Ingredients:

2 oz Premium Gold Tequila

1 oz Kahlua

1 oz Baileys Irish Cream

Method:

Glass: Old Fashioned

* Shake over crushed ice and serve on the rocks

* Garnish with a fresh jalepeno pepper.

I walked into a bar on Chevron Island, Gold Coast and this was on the cocktails list. I would like to make note that the pepper is a garnish, not to be eaten! Especially if you plan on having as many as I did!
