Blue Lagoon - Get Tropical With An 80's Classic



 

Ah, the Blue Lagoon!

This drink always takes me back to weddings and parties that happened so many years ago...

Once blue cocktails were the coolest drink to have, but times have changed and you barely see anyone drinking a blue cocktail.

So, if you are looking for some nostalgia and a refreshing drink this one is perfect!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Oz Vodka

  • 1.5 Oz Blue curacao, Premium brand like Bols or De Kuyper

  • Lemonade, Prefer white lemonade

 

Method:

* I use this professional ALESSI - , it's an amazingly comfortable Shaker.

Glass: Highball, Collins

  • Step 1: Fill glass with ice

  • Step 2: Pour the vodka and blue curacao

  • Step 3: Stir well

  • Garnish: A lime wedge and orange peel

  • You can also use:

    I like using gin instead of vodka, it makes the drink a bit like a Tom Collins, but a blue one of course...
