A Super Fun Birthday Party Punch Recipe - "Le Chambord"

I have two versions for a birthday party punch recipe. First one is the alcoholic birthday punch "Le Chambord" - I make this on every birthday I or my wife have, it's a winner and people talk about it for days!

The second punch is the one I make for children birthday parties, it's a fun non alcoholic punch, kids just love it, and also pregnant women!

"Le Chambord" Ingredients:

You will need a punch bowl and to choose a glass from the ones you have, if it's a big party and you're renting glasses then old fashioned (whisky) glasses will be great, and of course you can use plastic cups if you wish.

This punch serves 20 people

  • 1 Bottle of Vodka - any premium brand

  • 0.5 Bottle Royal Chambord liqueur or Creme de Cassis

  • 0.25 Gallon of pineapple juice

  • 0.25 Gallon of Sweet and Sour mix

  • Ice

Step By Step Directions:

  • Pour all ingredients into the bowl

  • Stir well

  • Add ice when your guests begin arriving and stir well again

  • Add 2 cups of pineapple pieces, I prefer fresh but from a can goes as well.

Now simply fill the glasses with the drink from a pitcher or bowl using a ladle.

guru tip

Freeze some jelly beans or fruit pieces and throw them in the punch bowl when the party begins, it's a great twist!
