I just mixed a couple of these up for my wife & I after thinking about it for a few minutes. First try, delicious.
1 oz Brandy
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
3 Scoops Vanilla Icecream
touch of half & half
mix in the blender with a few ice cubes & serve in a chilled brandy snifter. I could get addicted to these things if I must say so myself.
