Contest Void where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:00 A.M., June 1st, 2011, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M., January 31st, 2012. The winner will be selected on or about February 15, 2012. All times are Pacific Time (PT).
HOW TO ENTER
Go to the Cocktail-Guru web site, (http://www.cocktail-guru.com/drink-recipe.html) and complete the online submission form.
Once submitted, entries and photographs become the sole property of Sponsor (Cocktail-Guru) and will not be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.
SELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA
All eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor's creative staff. The judging criteria to be used will be (1) 70 percent for creativity and originality of the cocktail recipe (the "Judging Criteria"), and (2) 30 percent for the quality of the photo. Winners will be notified on or about February 30, 2012, via e-mail. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
CONTEST PRIZES
One Grand Prize winner will receive $500 in Cash.
Additional prizes may be added upon the Sponsor's discretion. Sponser reserves the right to change the prizes to equal or higher value.
Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the Cocktail Recipe Contest (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after selection of winner. No substitution allowed except at discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
